Adrian‘s Golden Nuggets:

  • The power of focus is so critical. It’s really really easy to come up with 10, 15, 50, 100, different ideas, right? But you’ve got to be able to focus on the two or the three things that you can actually start taking action on today, with your team, with your department, with your leadership team, and with your customers by the way.
  • The minute that I started focusing on the power of focus, that’s when stuff started getting done on a regular basis. And that’s when action or calls to action started getting completed on a regular basis.
  • Make happiness a habit right. It’s just good for everybody: your team, your customers, and yourself.
  • Take some time to figure out how you can literally make happiness a habit in your business, it’s going to be a direct reflection on how you can improve your CX and how you make sure that your EX is taken care of because people want to work in cultures and environments that are positive, happy, contributing and collaborative.
